Editing Outlines of PDF Documents (Lab Features)

Outlines of PDF documents imported in Flexcil can be renamed or sequenced or deleted. ※ Currently, only the Android version supports this feature.

1. Change the name of an outline

1. In document view mode, click the icon in the upper right corner to open the side menu.
2. Swipe the outline you want to rename to the left, and then press the ‘Rename’ button (yellow button).
3. Enter the name, and then press ‘Done’.

 

2. Delete an outline

1. In document view mode, click the icon in the upper right corner to open the side menu.
2. Swipe the outline you want to delete to the left, and then press the ‘Delete’ button (red button).
3. When the confirmation window appears, press the ‘Delete’ button.

 

3. Change the order of outlines

1. In document view mode, click the icon in the upper right corner to open the side menu.
2. Tap and hold the outline you want to replace.
3. Drag and drop the outline to where you want to place it.
