As written on the title, Flexcil 1 (Flexcil – PDF viewer, writing note, memo) that has been launched by our team will no longer be sold on the App Store starting from October 18, 2021 (GMT + 9).

After October 18, Flexcil 1 will not be displayed in the App Store and will no longer be updated.
(However, existing buyers can continue to use the latest updated version.)

Flexcil 1 buyers can continue to use the paid version of Flexcil 1.
However, since the product will be deleted from the app store, you can use the paid version through a separate purchase restoration process after October 18, 2021.

The free upgrade promotion for Flexcil 1 to Flexcil 2 for paid buyers of Flexcil 1 will be available until October 17, 2021. Users who have not yet upgraded to Flexcil 2 must proceed with the upgrade within the period.

​Please understand that free upgrade is impossible after that period due to the App Store system.

​After October 12, 2021, the restored version of the latest updated version of Flexcil 1 will be released.

Q: What happens after the suspension?

A: Flexcil 1 will not be displayed in the App Store.

In the case of customer support, those received by December 31, 2021 will be supported only in the areas available.

As iOS continues to be updated in the future, the use of Flexle 1 may no longer be supported in the latest OS.

Due to the update of iOS, the use of Flexcil 1 may no longer be supported in the latest OS.

Q: Can existing users (free/paid) no longer use Flexcil 1?

A: Existing users can use it as it is and download it even after deleting the app.

Download ‘Flexcil’ from Apple App Store > Account > Purchased.

 

Q: Is it possible to restore the paid version of the purchase after October 18th?​

A: You can also restore the paid version of the purchase, but the purchase restoration process will be changed as follows after October 18.

1. Capture the purchase history of Flexcil Standard.
See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more – Apple Support

​2. In Flexcil Settings > Purchase Restoration, click “Request Purchase Restoration” to send an e-mail with the purchase details stated on #1.
The item will be displayed in the latest version of Flexcil 1, which is scheduled to be updated on October 11.

​3. Enter the code issued by mail from support@flexcil.com in the ‘Enter Purchase Restoration Code’ window below. (It may take 3 to 4 days for the code to be issued.)

  1. Flexcil Standard will be activated.

 

Q: Will Flexcil 1 paid users be eligible for free upgrades to Flexcil 2 after October 18th?

A: Free upgrades will not be available on the App Store system after Oct 18. 2021

We’ve been working on an upgrade promotion for that part for more than 7 months and trying to provide this part as much as possible through the various channels available, but we are very sorry to tell you that some users haven’t upgraded yet.

We would like to provide you with no time limit however, please understand that we can no longer support you as you cannot check it on the App Store system after October 18.​

We also ask for your understanding that we cannot provide it to users who only have an iPhone or those who do not have Flexcil 2 installed as we need mutual verification of Flexle 1 and 2 after the installment.

 

Q: What if Flexcil 1 is not upgraded to Flexcil 2?

A: We also ask for your understanding that we cannot provide it to users who only have an iPhone or those whose OS is not compatible with Flexcil 2 as we need mutual verification of Flexle 1 and 2 after the installment.

However, if there is an error in the previous process in a normal environment, please refer to the following.
