[Flexcil 2] Create and manage annotations

  • Create annotation by capture the document

    1. Annotation is created when capture the document using Box Gesture or ‘L’ Gesture.
    2. You can jump to the place where the annotation is located on the right side menu.
    3. The captured image is automatically linked to the original part so you can quickly move to the original document by tapping the captured image.

  • Create annotation by drag&drop text

    1. Select text using the Round Bracket Gesture or Underline Gesture. The annotation will be created if you drag&drop selected text.
    2.  You can jump to the place where the annotation is located on the right side menu.
    3. The text is automatically linked to the original part so you can quickly move to the original document by tapping the captured image

  • Create annotation by input text or image

    1. The annotation will be automatically created if you input text or image.
    2. You can jump to the text or image if you tap the annotation on the right side menu. You can expand the right side menu by tapping the icon() on the top right side of the view mode.

  • Delete annotations

    1. You can delete the annotation by moving to the annotation and delete it.
    2. To delete the annotation, enable the edit mode by long-pressing the annotation and tap the delete icon().
