Response Guide when Undo / Redo errors occur

If you experience an unwanted undo/redo on Flexcil 1, please follow this instruction.

Cause of the problem

Errors are due to the interference between the two, undo/redo gesture and the palm touch.
The gesture above does not guarantee full operation since it is a laboratory function.

Solution

You can fix the problem by disabling the undo/redo gesture feature.

1. Go to the document viewer screen on Flexcil.
2. Select the Document Viewer Settings button (on/off icon) in the upper right corner.
3. Disables (turn off) the undo gesture (lab function).
